Welcome to new Assistant OCF Chaplain

Welcome to Fr. Joseph Gall!

We are delighted to welcome into our Princeton Orthodox Chapel and OCF community Father Joseph T. Matushka Mary recently earned her PhD at Yale; her father is a prominent clergyman of the Coptic Orthodox Church, serving in Hackensack.  Please take the opportunity to welcome them and to get to know them !  We wish the Gall family Many Years in our midst !

2017 Lenten Icon Workshop Successful!

2017 Lenten Icon Workshop completed!

36 hours of hands-on study of holy icons and the Orthodox faith. Goal was to complete a simple icon of Archangel Michael using the traditional Byzantine method of egg tempera and natural pigments. Each session included lecture on theory and its corresponding technique along with the practice of making an icon.

The class was taught by Lynette Hull, an affiliate instructor of the Prosopon School of Iconology.  More than a dozen participated in the workshop.
